Ticket Plan Holder Exchange Policy

Ticket Replay Program
If you are unable to attend a game simply return your tickets to us at least four (4) hours prior to the scheduled game time either in person, by fax or by mail, and we'll credit your account $3.00 for every ticket returned.   Once you release these tickets to us they cannot be returned to you.
The credit may be used towards renewing your ticket plan for the following year or other ticket purchases throughout the 2008 season.  

Future Game Ticket Exchange
If you know in advance that you will not be able to attend a game, Ticket Plan Holders may exchange future game tickets for other future games, subject to availability.  Games Sunday – Thursday may only be exchanged for other Sunday – Thursday games.  Friday and Saturday games may be exchanged for any other day.  
It is strongly suggested that ticket exchanges be done at least a few days prior to the game you wish to exchange for as ticket availability is much better in advance.  All ticket exchanges for future games must be completed at least four (4) hours prior to the game to receive a comparable ticket.

Past Game Unused Tickets
We know that there may be times where you don’t use or exchange your tickets in advance.  These tickets are not wasted.  Simply turn in any unused tickets for Lawn & Deck tickets for any other game or tell us you’d like to donate them to a Greenville Drive charity and we’ll be glad to do that.
